HR amp Accounts ExecutiveAbout the RoleWe are seeking a handson HR amp Accounts Executive to support our daily HR finance and office operations This position is ideal for an organised and detailoriented individual who is comfortable working across multiple functions in a fastpaced professional services environmentWhat You Will Do Support HR administration including recruitment coordination interview scheduling onboarding offboarding employee records management attendance and leave administration Prepare employment contracts HR letters and other employee documentation accurately and in a timely manner Process monthly payroll CPF contributions commissions incentives expense claims and reimbursements Assist with basic finance tasks such as bookkeeping data entry invoicing accounts receivable followup and document filing Support monthend closing activities and liaise with external accountants auditors tax advisors and service providers as required Coordinate general office administration including managing supplies couriermail arrangements equipment facilities matters and new hire IT setup Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams candidates recruitment partners and regional stakeholdersRequirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Accounting Finance or a related discipline 13 years of experience in HR accounts finance administration or office operations Experience in an SME professional services or recruitment agency environment is advantageous Basic knowledge of Singapore employment and statutory requirements including MOM CPF and IRAS Basic accounting knowledge including accounts payablereceivable invoicing expense processing and financial document control Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel experience with HR or accounting systems is a plus Able to read write and speak Chinese to liaise with Chinesespeaking counterparts and stakeholders across regions Organised meticulous discreet and able to manage multiple priorities independently Handson proactive reliable and willing to learn across HR finance and business operations
