Job DescriptionPosition Summary:The Director, New Business Development M&A plays a critical role in shaping and executing inorganic growth initiatives for BD’s Peripheral Interventions PI business unit. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and advancing acquisitions, licensing transactions, and strategic investments that support PI’s long‑term growth priorities across its Vascular Peripheral Vascular Disease, End‑Stage Kidney Disease and Oncology Biopsy, Women’s Health, Drainage, Ports, and Interventional Oncology platforms.This is a business‑unit–embedded role that works in close partnership with the PI Strategy team, platform leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders. The Director owns the PI execution of external growth opportunities from early opportunity identification through diligence, governance approval, and integration planning.
