Job responsibilities Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction visuals and experience Execute all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to engineering Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience Establish and promote design guidelines best practices and standards Stay uptodate with the latest UX trends techniques and technologies Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all digital platformsJob requirements Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices Experience in creating wireframes storyboards user flows and process flows Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelors degree in Design Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
