Work you'll do This role sits within the Technology, Strategy & Transformation team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, focused on design and implementation of banking platforms.In this role you shall be responsible for the following: Drive and oversee analysis, design, solution validation, and workshops within the assigned domain, ensuring comprehensive requirement and solution coverage. Act as the functional/stream lead for the platform implementation across multiple modules Provide subject matter expertise on banking modules, including [e.g., client onboarding, portfolio management, investment products, compliance] Supporting stakeholders to clarify requirements, articulate problem statements, assess dependencies and constraints, and align priorities among diverse groups. Provide hands-on support in technical discussions related to configurations, customizations, integrations, and data migration strategy. Lead configuration, parameterization, and functional system testing efforts. Drive quality assurance including SIT/UAT planning, defect triage, and go-live readiness. Identify risks and issues, surface them to the program leadership and work with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigation actions Support end user training, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization efforts You will also get a chance to collaborate with our global network where we have delivered truly transformational large scale programs for clients in this domain.
