Sales CoordinatorWork Location Tai SengSalary Range 28004000Benefits 020 Monthly Performance Related Pay 2 Monthly Medical Allowance Yearly Salary IncrementJob Description Actively seek out and engage potential customers to expand the client base through cold calling and outbound sales activities Attend to sales enquiries across multiple platforms including WhatsApp phone calls and email Create customer orders in the admin system and coordinate appointment scheduling via Handyman apps Prepare and issue quotations based on updates from the operations team Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed sales Introduce the company portfolio and promote inhouse services to customers Coordinate with the operations team to address customer enquiries and clarify job scope or quotations Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfactionJob Requirements Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Coordination Sales Support Customer Service or Sales Executive role Candidates with experience in Construction Handyman Services Renovation Facilities Management Maintenance Services or related service industries will be preferred Experience in preparing quotations coordinating service schedules and handling customer enquiries is an advantage Comfortable with cold calling and customer engagement Willing to learn and possess a positive attitude Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
