Responsible for collaborating with physicians advance practice providers APPs and other medical staff to evaluate plan and implement patient assessments and followups Directly involved in patient care through medical consultation research treatments and education Specializes in Cardiology and recommends appropriate course of treatment through medical diagnosis while working closely with the physiciansnnn Principal Accountabilities nnn1 Supervises treatments and obtains medical records evaluates patients order tests or scans diagnoses diseases and prescribes medications and prescriptionsnn2 Provides medical consultation on both invasive and noninvasive cardiology proceduresnn3 Specializes in cardiology and provides subject matter expertise and treatment courses on heart health and wellnessnn4 Performs medical procedures such as injections immunizations suturing and wound care and managing infectionnn5 Partners with physicians in developing treatment plans and advises physicians on changes in a patients conditionnn6 Monitors and ensures accuracy of patient medical records nn7 Performs other related duties as assigned
