Process EngineerJob Responsibilities Prepare the initial basis of design with input from the business side Conduct detail engineering including initial layout main plant technical specifications preparation of tender documents technical evaluation and recommendations Provide engineering support and clarification during project detail engineering construction and commissioning phases Advise the automation electrical and instrument team on control philosophy AEI design specification and provide clarification during construction and commissioning phases Perform process design update and conduct design calculations for new applications or equipment Supervise draughtsman on engineering drawings Participate in strategy planning and implementation with management support and approval Prepare budget and estimation of investment and operational costs Carry out other responsibilities and authorities as assigned by the superior from time to timeRequirements Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent 3 to 5 years of working experience especially in oleochemicals or related fields is an added advantage Good communication skills Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required Chinese proficiency is an advantage Willingness to travel overseas Selfdirected and highly motivated Ability to work in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment Detailoriented dependable and trustworthy
