We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager at Director level to lead finance change initiatives within banking industryThis role sits at the intersection of Finance Technology andTransformation driving strategic programmes that enhance financial systems regulatory reporting and operational efficiency You will be responsible for overseeing largescale crossfunctional programmes that impact general ledger regulatory reporting reconciliation and finance platformsKey ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver complex finance transformation programmes including system implementations process reengineering and regulatory reporting changes eg Basel MAS TRM IFRS GSTManage endtoend programme lifecycle from initiation to closure including budgeting planning risk management governance and stakeholder reportingPartner with Finance Risk Technology and Operations teams to align programme objectives with business goals and regulatory requirementsOversee vendor selection contract negotiation and delivery management for finance systems eg SAP Oracle Axiom or other finance platformsEstablish and chair programme governance forums providing regular updates to Csuite stakeholders steering committees and regulators as neededDrive change management and user adoption ensuring smooth transition of new finance processes and systems into BAUManage a team of project managers business analysts and technical leads providing mentorship and directionEnsure compliance with internal policies external regulations and audit requirements throughout the programme lifecycleRequirementsBachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Information Technology or a related field MBA or relevant Masters degree is a plusMinimum 15 years of experience in programme or project management within banking or financial services with at least 5 years focused on finance change initiativesProven track record of delivering largescale finance transformation programmes Experience managing programmes with budgets exceeding 510 million and crossfunctional teams of 20 membersStrong understanding of finance processes including GL accounts payablereceivable tax reconciliation monthend closing and regulatory reportingUnderstanding of data governance finance data models and integration patterns between finance and core banking systemsExcellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging CFOlevel executives Finance Heads and Technology leadersStrong communication and presentation skills able to translate complex finance and technical concepts into businessfriendly languageProven ability to navigate ambiguity manage competing priorities and drive decisions in a fastpaced banking environmentStrong problemsolving negotiation and conflict resolution skillsCertifications such as PMP PRINCE2 Agile SAFe ScrumMaster or CPACA are highly advantageousPreferred QualificationsExperience working in Finance Change Group Finance Tax Performance Management or Treasury functions within a bankKnowledge of data analysis will be a plusFamiliarity with data visualisation tools eg Tableau Power BI for finance reportingPrior experience in regulatory implementation projects eg Basel IV MAS TRM IFRS 17 is a plusInterested candidates please email your latest resume to subagiotangspaccom
