Reports any unusual or suspicious activity to Management or Loss Prevention and responds to Code ADAM alerts by following established guidelines.Respond to EAS Alerts and Complete DocumentationResponds politely to EAS alarms, helps identify why an item did not deactivate properly, and completes required logs accurately. Reports any system issues to management so they can be addressed.Assist Customers and Support Store OperationsEnsures customers have the tools they need for shopping, including carts, baskets, and flyers.
