Position Summary...The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for all day-to-day activities affecting the people, operations, and merchandise in their division. Responsible for efficient Associates' scheduling according to business needs, ongoing associate assessment and periodic performance reviews. Responsible for developing and executing business action plans to meet the corporate goals and developing corrective action plans based on deficiencies identified in reports P&L, FSA visits, POAs, etc. or by audits and DM visits. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventories in the Pharmacy by following Walmart OBWs/SOPs receiving inventory management, disposal of expired products, addressing all customer complaints and resolve all customer problems to ensure excellent customer experience. Responsible for the regular care of the Pharmacy to ensure a proper appearance and hospital clean environment for associates and patients. Must maintain the professional image for the Pharmacy area as per Workstation Standardization and 6S Audit.
