The Portfolio Governance & Operations function serves as the central operating function responsible for enabling strategic planning, portfolio visibility, execution governance, and scalable operational processes. The team connects sellers and buyers globally by managing complex technical programs that span multiple domains and stakeholders. What you'll do: Lead portfolio planning and governance for Marketplace initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.Establish scalable governance frameworks for prioritization, execution, reporting.Build & maintain tools that eliminate friction and make information available at finger tips.Leverage technology to improve productivity at scale.Monitor portfolio health, risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and KPIs to improve delivery and accountability.Standardize planning and execution processes to drive operational excellence.Design, build, and optimize governance tools, dashboards, and automated workflows.Improve data quality, reporting, and portfolio visibility through integrated systems.Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business Operations to drive cross-functional alignment and informed decision-making.Continuously enhance governance , operating rhythms, and portfolio practices.
