Your focus will be on safeguarding people, property, and products—ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our grocery supply chain from warehouse to store.What you'll do...Leverage Data & Technology: Use analytics and technology to identify risks, analyze causes, and implement solutions that improve asset protection and operations. Develop dashboards to inform stakeholders.Drive Business Solutions: Recommend and implement strategies for inventory, cold chain, and product integrity challenges. Build business cases supporting Walmart’s grocery goals and cost savings.Ensure Compliance: Support food safety and environmental audits. Enforce policies to meet regulations and integrate best practices.Ensure Employee Health & Safety: Oversee health and safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and food safety standards. Coordinate emergency response plans and educate associates on workplace hazards.Drive Process Improvement: Define and refine critical workflows, focusing on efficiency, safety, and product quality. Coach team members in process improvement methodologies to promote continuous improvement.Maintain Operational Excellence: Update and improve SOPs and OBW processes. Identify ways to streamline and boost efficiency.Enhance Asset Protection: Lead investigations into security incidents and shrinkage. Implement access controls and loss prevention for grocery logistics.Collaborate & Communicate: Work with teams and leadership to ensure clear communication and effective teamwork.
