Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain PracticesAdheres to food safety and cold chain standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration date compliance.Prepare and Serve Deli ProductsTakes customer orders and prepares deli items such as meat, cheese, and fried chicken.
