What you'll do...WHAT YOU'LL DOStore Security and Loss PreventionConducts daily patrols of the store to help ensure a safe and secure environment. Verifies that doors, showcases, and security features are functioning properly and takes action as required.Investigations and Case SupportInvestigates incidents of financial and physical shrink and communicates findings to Store Leadership. For internal investigations, escalates information to the Market Loss Prevention Manager in accordance with Company guidelines. Conducts or supports investigations related to internal theft, external theft, organized retail crime, and cases assigned through Walmart Canada Global Ethics.Emergency Response and Store SupportSupports store evacuation and emergency procedures during incidents such as fire or other emergencies.
