The position will report to the General Manager and work closely with the National Director of Backstage Facilities & Hospitality. This role serves as a liaison between the venue, artists, and touring personnel, ensuring the seamless execution of backstage hospitality operations. This role also collaborates closely with the Production Manager to uphold the highest standards of service, facilities management, and guest experiences in alignment with Venue Nation’s backstage hospitality playbook.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL
