The CI also assists with planning, implementing various technologist retention and recruitment programs with modality managers, radiology director and human resources. Supervises student interns participating in the clinical programs. Schedules student rotations, evaluates clinical performance developing objective performance evaluations. essential2. Assists with planning, implementing various technologist retention and recruitment programs with modality managers, radiology director and human resources. essential3. Provides and coordinates educational activities for staff and documentation of continuing education. May supervise and provide CPR training and/or Fit testing for Radiology Staff. essential4. In addition, orients new technologist hires to the department, setting them up for long and successful tenures.5. Monitors, follows up and completes the departmental on-boarding checklist to ensure new hires are on track during the orientation process. Develops improvement plans as necessary for individual new hires as necessary.6.Able to perform a variety of diagnostic/technical exams on both in-patients and out-patients in a Level I trauma setting including: portables, fluoroscopy and OR exams as well as supervising technical staff. essential7.
