Responsible for the preparation of food for patients associates and all other guests Reviews menus and customer orders to determine type and quantities of food to be prepared Principal Accountabilities 1 Ensures department meetings monthly inservices training classes etc as assigned2 Performs and meets customer needs and takes appropriate steps to rectify issues3 Maintains stocks and replenishes cafeteria items as needed according to department standards4 Maintains cleanliness of cafeteria serving areas and tray return areas and ensures sanitation of all equipments5 Demonstrates a positive and friendly attitude6 Prepares and serves daily menu cycle items for grill and deli station7 Cleans and stocks area after each meal8 Performs other related duties as assignedrn
