The Director of Finance, Urology position is a leadership role within the BD UCC Business Unit and reports directly to the VP of Finance for the UCC business. This leader will serve as a finance business partner to two Platform Vice Presidents / General Managers and will be responsible for the management of all finance activities of the US $1.4B US Urology business. The core responsibilities will include providing sound financial guidance to the leadership team; providing relevant and timely financial information for effective decision making; leading financial planning and reporting processes; delivering value-added analysis; supporting new product development; being a core member of the Platform Leadership Team.
