This individual acts as the Business Point of Contact BPOC for regional business and IT escalations, IT service performance, and new business engagements M&As, while providing direct support to the Global Head of IT Operations across strategic initiatives, budgeting, and resource management.With a broad international remit spanning EMEA, APAC, Latin America, and beyond, this role requires a seasoned IT leader who can navigate complex, multi-regional environments, drive operational excellence, and lead with credibility at both an executive and local team level.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Operations Leadership & Service ExcellenceServe as the Business Point of Contact BPOC for all International business and IT escalations, ensuring issues are triaged, communicated, and resolved in alignment with global SLAs and business expectations.Provide hands-on oversight and strategic support to regional and local IT teams across international markets, ensuring consistent delivery of IT services.
