Job DescriptionAbout the role: The Endourology Territory Manager will be responsible for all sales activities promoting our products to both new and existing customers within defined territory. The TM will receive regular visits from the Regional Manager and will participate in monthly business reviews to ensure appropriate support to achieve their objectives. The TM will also receive training on all products and therapies as well as having access to marketing materials to assist in presentations to customers. This role will report into the Regional Sales Manager who will provide additional support and guidance.Key responsibilities will include:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process within target accountsIdentify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs through product education and proper positioning of Bard productsGather competitive intelligence on market trends, product offerings, pricing, and potential impact on businessConduct field visits including surgeon offices, hospitals, and clinics to perform product demonstrations and educational seminarsPerform root cause analysis on lost or declining sales and implement corrective actions as neededMaintain and analyze sales data to identify areas of opportunity within the market and target accountsPrepare and submit reports as required by management including weekly call activity reports, expense reports, and quarterly forecastsEnsure complia
