Job DescriptionThe Senior MRO Buyer is responsible for the procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations MRO materials, spare parts, equipment, and services supporting manufacturing, engineering, facilities, and warehouse operations in a regulated pharmaceutical and medical device environment. This role manages supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, executes purchasing activities, and ensures the timely availability of critical materials to support equipment reliability and uninterrupted production. Key ResponsibilitiesProcure MRO materials, spare parts, equipment, and services to support site operations.Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers and service providers.Negotiate pricing, contracts, service agreements, and delivery terms to achieve cost savings and service improvements.Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, expediting activities, and invoice resolution.Ensure availability of critical spare parts to minimize equipment downtime and production interruptions.Lead supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions when necessary.Support inventory optimization initiatives, including min/max levels and critical spare parts strategies.Maintain accurate purchasing and material master data within SAP or other ERP systems.Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities, Quality, Operations, and Finance teams to support business objectives.Support capital projects by coordinating the procurement of equipment, materials, and
