Job DescriptionPosition SummaryReporting to the Director, ISC Engineering Project Delivery, the Associate Director, Engineering Program Delivery Industrialization & Manufacturing is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional engineering programs that bring new products and manufacturing technologies from concept through commercial production. This role serves as the single point of accountability for end-to-end industrialization efforts, including new product introductions NPI, large capital investment projects, and strategic manufacturing modernization initiatives. Working closely with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Business leaders, the Associate Director drives project execution, aligns technical resources, manages risk, and ensures successful delivery of scalable, compliant, and sustainable manufacturing solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project LeadershipLead end-to-end industrialization projects from concept development through design transfer, equipment procurement, installation, qualification, validation, launch, and operational handoff.Serve as the primary point of accountability and escalation for assigned projects.Ensure project delivery meets established scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and performance objectives.Partner with Business Units, R&D, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to translate product innovation into robust, scalable, and manufacturable solutions.Lead cr
