Ensure project objectives are met in terms of scope, time, cost, and quality. Review existing technical, regulatory, business, and operational needs. Coordinate cross-manufacturing and commercialization. Conduct transition from manufacturing to commercialization. Collaborate with cross-functional project team members to ensure programs satisfy business, customer, and regulatory requirements. Support the development of cross-functional teams, matrix management of multi-functional teams. Oversee engineering project life cycles. Maintain project budget and time subject area.
