You will be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of a dedicated Task Order delivered under the NEC3 Professional Services Contract. Acting on behalf of the consortium, with Egis as Lead Consultant, you will ensure contractual compliance while leading all contract administration and change management activities throughout the lifecycle of the Task Order.Working closely with the Delivery Manager, Project Director, Project Controls, Technical Leads and consortium partners, you will proactively manage contractual obligations, compensation events, early warnings, change proposals and client communications to protect the consortiums commercial position while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the Client.This role requires a strong understanding of NEC contracts, engineering project delivery and collaborative working across multiple organisations. You will play a key role in the commercial success of one of the UKs largest nuclear infrastructure programmes. Represent the ICOSH consortium in managing contractual relationships with the Client and benefit from excellent career development opportunities within Egis, with progression into Senior Commercial, Contract Management or Project Leadership roles.You must have the right to work in the UK
