This person will serve as the Company’s local operating representative, ensuring visibility and accountability across production, quality, packaging, inventory, and shipment readiness.The ideal candidate is a hands-on, factory-facing operator with experience in beverage, food/CPG, packaging, contract manufacturing, supply chain, or quality operations. The candidate must be fluent in Vietnamese and English and able to provide concise written updates to a U.S.-based management team.
