The ideal candidate will provide technical support for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems in healthcare facilities, maintaining and servicing both hardware and software components.Location RequirementsCandidates should reside within a 30-mile radius of the position's base location - Lubbock/Amarillo TX5% overnight travel may be requiredCore ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site and remote technical support for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systemsDiagnose, service, and resolve hardware and software issuesImplement preventive maintenance programsPerform installations, repairs, calibrations, and provide sales supportMaintain accurate documentation of service activities and inventoryParticipate in ongoing training and professional developmentManage company assets vehicle, tools, inventory responsiblyRequired QualificationsOn-call experience in a customer-facing/field service environmentExperience with computer electronics, Windows OS, and networkingCompTIA A+ CertificationMedical device or electromechanical device service/repair experienceCustomer Support CertificationValid driver's license meeting BD's auto safety standards Preferred Qualifications:Associate Degree in Healthcare Technology or 3-5 years of combined Hardware/Software/IT experienceExperience as a hospital pharmacy technician or in a hospital Bio-Med environmentPr
