WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Customer ServicePrompt, courteous and knowledgeable customer service both in person and over the phoneFacilitate night of show Will Call & Guest List OperationsTroubleshooting night of show issues Transfers, barcodes, account issues, etc.Work with Guest Services/Operations on any ADA requirementsProviding knowledge of upcoming events & upgrades availableKnowledgeable on the events culture and genreProviding positive energyFinancial / SalesBalancing and reconciling daily/nightly ticket salesSelling tickets for current and future events, upgrades, and ancillary productsAssist Manager/Supervisor in reconciliation of ticket stockAssist Manager/Supervisor on pricing initiatives such as: Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic, Flex Pricing as well as Value Channels & Special Ticket Offers when applicableAssist Manager/Supervisor in distributing accurate daily ticket count
