Your personal touch will help guide our members in making informed healthcare choices. Location & HoursThis part-time position is based in our HCF Modbury Branch located inside Tea Tree Plaza. This role is 32.5 hours per week, and our ideal spread of hours is Monday to Friday from 10am - 5pm, however we can be flexible depending on the successful candidate!You will also be required to work 1 - 2 Saturday's per month from 10am - 1pm, with additional pay provided for these shifts.FlexibilityWe offer one Family & Friends day and 3 additional flexible leave days each year, giving you more freedom to recharge, manage personal commitments, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.TrainingPlease note there will be one week of training in our Head Office in Sydney CBD commencing 19th October, with travel and accommodation arranged in advance. This training has been designed to help support you and your transition into this role. You will also be provided with consistent, ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed and build confidence. You will also be required to work full time for approximately 4 weeks during the initial training period.SalarySalaries start at $66K plus super plus incentive!Key ResponsibilitiesEmbrace face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling, highlighting our diverse range of health, life, and other insurance products.
