Job DescriptionThe Plastic Reconstructive Surgery Area Business Manager - NE is responsible for driving sales growth and market share within the designated Northeast territory for PRS product line. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.Role Encompasses the greater NE Area to include, but not limited to the following states: PA, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA,VT NH, ME.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the PRS product line in the Northeast region.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration through proactive sales efforts and strategic account management.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training to healthcare professionals.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and adherence to company guidelines.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical support, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product support.Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.Attend industry conferences,
