Job DescriptionReporting to the Associate Director, North America Transportation Compliance, Freight Pay/Audit & Analytics, this position is responsible for supporting freight audit, payment, carrier rate management, and transportation analytics FreightWise Dashboard activities across North America. The role oversees transportation invoice audit and payment processes, ensures the integrity of freight reporting and carrier rates, and serves as a key liaison between BD, transportation providers, and third-party freight payment partners. Working closely with business operations and cross-functional stakeholders, this position drives compliance, operational excellence, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service performance and deliver sustainable transportation savings.RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and oversee third-party freight audit and payment providers responsible for processing domestic and international transportation invoices across the North American network.Ensure timely and accurate audit, approval, payment, and reconciliation of transportation invoices, including invoices processed outside of third-party payment platforms.Monitor freight audit and payment operations to ensure compliance with established business controls, audit requirements, contractual terms, and payment procedures.Collaborate with transportation operations, carriers, and freight payment providers to resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and process-related
