THE JOBSD Concerts is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to lead the day-to-day Human Resources function for the company in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.The Human Resources Manager will serve as a trusted partner to SD Concerts leadership and employees, with responsibility for the full employee lifecycle and the effective delivery of HR programs and practices across the organization. This role will oversee key areas including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR administration, labor compliance, organizational development, and employee engagement.
