JOB PURPOSE The Manager Benefits leads the administration delivery compliance and ongoing improvement of Atlantic Healths employee benefits programs with primary responsibility for Health Welfare benefits and benefits administration The role also oversees Retirement voluntary benefits tuition reimbursement and advancement childcare and familysupport programs and other team member benefit programs assigned to the Benefits function Partners with the Director Benefits WellBeing to translate approved strategies into effective program administration clear communications strong vendor performance and a highquality team member experience PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
