Laborer About the Role We are hiring a dependable Laborer to support daily warehouse and material handling operations This is a handson physically active position involving loading and unloading freight moving and storing products preparing shipments and maintaining a clean and safe work environment Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable hardworking safetyconscious and comfortable working on their feet Key Responsibilities Load and unload freight safely and efficiently Move products to designated storage areas using a powered pallet jack and other material handling equipment Stack and store merchandise in the appropriate locations Sort pack mark and label materials and products Assemble merchandise and prepare products for shipment Check and count freight for accuracy Inspect products for damage or other issues Assist with physical inventory counts Assemble displays and complete specialty projects as needed Maintain clean and organized warehouse and work areas Assist with general building and grounds maintenance Follow all safety procedures work instructions and company policies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse labor production or material handling experience is a plus Entrylevel candidates are encouraged to apply Ability to safely operate a powered pallet jack Forklift experience is a plus Ability to read count and accurately identify products Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable and willing to work an assigned shift Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Lift carry push and pull materials throughout the workday Lift and move products weighing up to 40 pounds Bend kneel climb reach and perform repetitive physical tasks Safely operate and mountdismount material handling equipment Work around forklifts pallet jacks and moving equipment Maintain productivity throughout the shift IND2
