Job Title Marketing Operations Investor Relations amp Sales SupportAbout Our ClientTop Chinese asset management firmLocationShenzhen Shanghai BeijingResponsibilities Support the sales team in business development and investor relations maintenance including Coordinating with internal departments to prepare and draft due diligence materials Periodically producing product reports Externally disclosing data and materials Translating written documents as required Manage the full subscription and redemption transaction process for investors including Handling the receipt dispatch organization filing and safekeeping of subscription documents and other businessrelated records Create and update product marketing materials and maintain and update multiple databases Oversee the endtoend coordination and execution of client visits and business receptions including Developing reception plans Scheduling arrangements Managing meeting logistics Coordinate and support client meetings and maintain and organize meeting minutes Perform other marketrelated coordination and support tasks as assignedPrerequisites Bachelors degree or above in any discipline Finance Economics or related majors preferred 23 years of work experience with at least 2 years in audit at an accounting firm fund operations at an asset management institution banking securities brokerage or fund administration services preferred Excellent spoken and written English skills overseas study or work experience is a plus Strong interest in financial markets with solid foundational knowledge of securities funds and financial accounting CFA or CPA certification preferred Strong service orientation and outstanding communication and presentation skills Meticulous responsible resilient under pressure and possessing strong logical thinking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint programming skills or relevant experience is a bonus
