Salary Range 35005000Job Responsibilities Prepare and develop Electrical BIM models and drawings for residential projects Produce coordinated Electrical layouts shop drawings and asbuilt drawings using Revit and AutoCAD Perform BIM coordination with Architectural Structural and other MampE services Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues Update BIM models according to projectsite changes and consultant comments Coordinate closely with Project Engineers site teams consultants and other subcontractors Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with project requirements and submission standardsJob Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering Building Services BIM or related discipline Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD Good understanding of Electrical systems and MampE coordination Must have handson Electrical BIM Modeller experience in Singapore HDB or Condominium residential projects Candidates without HDB or Condo Electrical BIM experience will not be considered
