This role is responsible for driving standardization, reliability, safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple hospitals and community sites while ensuring regulatory readiness and effective stewardship of physical assets and infrastructure. This role ensures that each facility operates at optimal efficiency, safety, and reliability while maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. They will lead a multidisciplinary team of directors, managers, and technicians and collaborate with hospital leadership, construction, engineering, and clinical departments to support continuous, system-wide process improvement in facilities maintenance. The role will operate within a matrixed organizational structure, with both direct and indirect reporting relationships across BILH.
