The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Counsel — Litigation & Disputes to lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters across the company’s global operations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of legal experience with commercial and/or construction disputes. Key Responsibilities Represent the company in managing litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution matters, both domestically and internationally. Serve as the key legal advisor on construction-related disputes, including claims for delay, liquidated damage issues, disruption, defective work, change orders, contractual notice issues, erosion prevention, and cost overruns. Oversee and manage outside counsel in complex litigation and arbitration matters to ensure alignment with business objectives and cost efficiency. Work closely with project management, commercial, and risk teams to proactively identify and mitigate legal risks on projects. Support pre-dispute strategy and negotiations, including drafting of settlement agreements, waivers, and dispute resolution clauses. Participate in internal investigations and respond to regulatory or governmental inquiries as needed.
