Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detailoriented Packers to join a fastpaced warehouse and production environment The Packer is responsible for preparing products for shipment by packaging labeling inspecting and organizing materials while maintaining quality and safety standards The ideal candidate will be dependable able to work efficiently and comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift Responsibilities Pack products accurately and efficiently according to company standardsInspect items for quality damage or defects before packagingLabel seal and prepare packages for shipment or distributionSort and organize products and materials within the work areaMaintain production and packaging speed while ensuring accuracyKeep workstations clean organized and safeFollow all workplace safety guidelines and proceduresAssist with inventory counts restocking and general warehouse duties as neededReport damaged products equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors Qualifications Previous warehouse packing production or retail experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a fastpaced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to stand bend lift and move throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 2550 pounds as neededReliable attendance and transportation requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work overtime or flexible schedules when needed IND2
