Job Summary We are seeking experienced Sewing Machine Operators to join our production team in Romeoville IL This position is ideal for candidates with industrial sewing experience who are comfortable operating commercial sewing equipment and producing highquality textile products in a fastpaced manufacturing environment Candidates with experience operating Juki sewing machines and Barudan embroidery machines are highly preferred Individuals with similar experience such as those working in upholstery custom textiles embroidery or garment manufacturing are encouraged to apply Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble repair or alter textile productsSew a variety of fabrics while maintaining quality and production standardsRead and follow work instructions and production specificationsInspect finished products for quality and accuracyPerform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues as neededMaintain a clean organized and safe work areaMeet daily production goals while following all safety procedures Qualifications Previous industrial sewing experience requiredExperience with Juki sewing machines strongly preferredExperience with Barudan embroidery machines is a plusStrong attention to detail and handeye coordinationAbility to work with various fabrics and materialsAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksDependable attendance and a positive work ethic IND2
