Job Description**Schedule: D Shift 12-hour rotating shift 6:00PM -6:00 AMScheduled to work 7-days in a 14-day period 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2off, 3 on, 2 off - every other weekend is scheduled offJOB RESPONSABILITIESCertify to operate multiple processes or grouping of equipment on high speed automated or semiautomated manufacturing equipment. Participate in all equipment changeovers or set-ups. Monitor assigned processes to ensure high quality production. Respond to machine faults and restore to normal operation Participate in autonomous maintenance to maintain assigned equipment/area Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality is required per the BD attendance policy Maintain equipment and a clean area by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down equipment. Maintains an open line of communication to ensure all problems/changes are communicated and resolved in a timely manner Maintains accurate records as required following good documentation practices GDP Participate in root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues as needed Participate in tier 1 shifts' start-up meetings, 5S, and Kaizen events Comply with all local, state, federal, and BD safety regulations, policies, and procedures including RCRA Hazardous waste regulations Comply with all local BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of sound quality assurance principles.
