Job DescriptionOverviewThe Human Resource Compliance Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing enterprise-wide HR compliance programs to ensure adherence with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations across the United States. This role serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to HR, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and management on employment compliance matters including EEO obligations, immigration-related employment authorization requirements, accommodations, and policy governance. Working independently with minimal supervision, the role develops, implements, monitors and continuously improves compliance programs that mitigate risk, support business objectives, and promotes a culture of integrity and accountability. While this position has no direct reports, it exercises significant influence across the organization and leads cross-functional initiatives to achieve compliance objectives.Core ResponsibilitiesEmployment Law & Compliance Programs: Monitor federal, state and local employment law developments and assess organizational impact. Partner with Legal, HR, and business partners to implement compliance-related policy, process and procedure updates. Provide guidance and consultation regarding employment-related laws, regulations, policies and compliance obligations.   Regulatory Notices & Compliance Communications: manage enterprise distribution and compliance with required federal and state employment notices and postings.
