Job DescriptionBD Parata is currently seeking a Field Support Engineer in the Atlanta, GA area. The Field Support Engineer will provide in depth technical and customer support of BD Parata’s suite of pharmacy automation products. In this role you will travel regionally to provide industry leading support and service to Pharmacies in multiple types of environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding customer service and technical problem resolution at client sitesMaintain equipment and proactively resolve potential issues to improve uptimeTrain customers on operation and maintenance of pharmacy automation systemsRespond to service requests within SLA requirementsCollaborate with service teams to resolve sophisticated technical issuesAssist with new automation installations as neededDocument issues and resolutions in Salesforce Field Service LightningProvide product feedback to drive continuous improvementWork independently with minimal direction RequirementsHigh School diplomas plus 3-5 years field service experienceStrong customer service orientationProficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of computer networking, router/switch configuration, and file managementStrong mechanical proficiency and ability to use hand tools for sophisticated equipment serviceExperience with digital multi-meters and electrical testing equipmentSQL knowledge a plusPreferred Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Robotics, or Biomedical Engineering Tech
