Job DescriptionLead Tech Mechanical EngineerThe Lead Tech Mechanical Engineer provides technical support with the design and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment and packaging equipment to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics.Responsibilities:Hands-on development improvements to high-speed automated equipment for the manufacturing of medical devices.Performs troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-speed automated equipment.Use technical knowledge and experience in programming and troubleshooting to resolve issues and to improve the performance of the automated machines based on the following technologies:Robots: FANUC, ABB, Epson and Stäubli strong experience with pick and place applications Strong knowledge in Rockwell Automation Software: Studio 5000 RSLogix 5000, Factory Talk Machine Edition/Site Edition, etc.Strong knowledge in Siemens Automation Software: Step 7, Tia Portal, Winn CC etc. Strong knowledge in Servo Motion Controls System as Kinetix Servo drives, Sinamics or similar Advanced process control as Fuzzy Logix, Profibus, ProfiNet networks, PID Function and Functional Charts Language, Ethernet-IP / TCP-IP Networks.
