Job DescriptionPosition Summary: The Procedural Specialist promotes BDI Surgery Advanced Reconstruction & Repair AR&R products to customers and potential customers through clinical support and education within a defined geographic area and as directed by the Regional Business Manager.Primary Job Responsibilities:Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters relating to AR&R products through case support, conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one in-servicing, and/or available internal/external physician education training programs.Coordinates with field sales, the logistics, timing, duration, strategy and execution of field level customer training and technical support of clinical cases.Establishes and maintains relationships with customers surgeons, PA’s, general surgery coordinator, OR manager, nurses, scrub techs, hospitals and physicians. Obtains new users and applications for company products and services.Observes and reports market trends which affect AR&R sales, service and product development.Maintains relationships with the Region Manager, Territory Managers, ATMs and customers.Represents BD in accordance with policies and procedures.Processes customer complaints and returns in accordance with established procedures and policy.
