Responsible for providing continuous observation and appropriate documentation on activity of an assigned patient who has been identified as having increased risk for injury Primary responsibility for this role is to be a monitor tech for our virtual sitter platform remotely monitoring patients via camera to ensure their safety Team member will also be required to work bedside Principal Accountabilities 1 Provides ADLs and protects Patients in Sitter and Spotter assignments from selfharm and prevent elopements2 Makes continuous rounds3 Assists with Activities of Daily Living4 Assists with bathroom commodeincontinence care5 Monitors Intake and Output6 Performs preventive skin care feeding mouth care and changes bed linens when necessary7 Performs other related duties as assigned
