Develop future business. Establish project objectives: Collaborate with clients and management. Develop project proposals. Engage, mentor, and provide technical project support to field Ability to lead a highly performing client focused Prepare and review technical documents, including wetland and waters of the US (WOTUS) delineation reports; and rare, threatened, and endangered (RTE) species reports. Prepare and review permit applications for wetlands and WOTUS impacts, and RTE species in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines. Review field data and review reports for natural resource assessments and RTE. Serve as project manager and technical lead on a variety of natural resource management and renewable energy Write and manage scope, schedule, and fee proposals for new opportunities. Manage multiple simultaneous small and large projects, including maintaining budgets, schedules, quality of service, and subcontractor management. Work closely with Atwell scientists, managers, team leaders and directors in both natural and cultural resources throughout the company to promote Atwell’s business interests in adherence to its mission, vision, and values. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in environmental/wetland science, biology, ecology, geology, engineering, planning, or related physical sciences discipline. 8+ years of relevant professional experience in leading wetland and RTE species permitting and consulting in the eastern US. 5+ years of relevant professional experience managing all environmental tasks on DG or utility scale solar and storage development projects in the eastern US.
