This, in turn, creates a lasting impact on the world around us.Job Description Join Olsson’s Federal Engineering & Design Team as a Project Manager II, where you will support the delivery of impactful infrastructure projects for federal clients. In this role, you will work with multidisciplinary teams to plan, design, and support construction for mission-critical facilities ;for ;military bases, VA campuses, and other government ;agencies. These projects require technical excellence, regulatory accuracy, and strong collaboration. ; As ;a Project ;Manager II, you will oversee project deliverables for small- to mid-sized projects within a single discipline or defined area, as well as low-risk multidisciplinary projects, or provide support ;on ;larger project teams. You will be involved throughout the full project life cycle, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure projects are completed on time and within established parameters. ; You will collaborate closely with internal teams and federal stakeholders to support compliance with UFC, DoD, VA, and other applicable federal standards. From early concept development through project delivery, you will help guide teams toward practical, high-quality engineering and design solutions that meet client needs. ; In addition, you will contribute to proposal development and support continuous improvement efforts that enhance our federal design capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to support projects that serve national interests while building your project management expertise within a collaborative team environment. ; Preferred Qualifications ; A minimum of six years of project experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry with increasing responsibility. Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering federal projects for agencies such as DoD and VA. Strong understanding of federal design standards, acquisition p..
