Our ideal candidate would be an Aviation Planning Project Manager with a broad planning aperture that includes Master Plans, Airport Layout Plans, Site/Facility Plans, research and Statewide Planning Efforts. Additional preferences include experience in emerging technology and polices regarding Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), and other aviation enterprise technology. Our ideal Aviation Project Manager is one that is forward-looking, collaborative, and energized to expand Woolpert’s existing footprint as an emerging industry leader within the established fields of Aviation Planning and AAM as well as other emerging technology niches. Success will be measured by your ability to develop, lead, and manage profitable growth through meaningful client relationships. What You Will Do: Advise clients regarding innovative technology and content to help them make better decisions. Recommend relevant strategies and work with customers to prepare implementation and migration strategies. Advise, author, and guide airport planning and design activities on master plans, airport layout plans, and/or airspace integration initiatives for internal and external clients. Understand our clients and know their business. Collaborate closely with the National Aviation Services Operations team and dedicated aviation staff to deliver the practice goals. Assist in business growth of Aviation Planning, AAM applications, and other consulting services by developing and supporting a pipeline of new and existing business/contract opportunities. Drive partnerships with other consultants in the aviation industry to win and perform projects.
