This is a fully remote position with working hours from 14:00 to 23:00 South African Standard Time (SAST). The successful candidate will support procurement operations through purchase order administration, procurement record management, supplier onboarding, and compliance with established procurement procedures. What You Will Do: Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including creation, modification, monitoring, issue resolution, and stakeholder support. Review purchase requisitions and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor information, and documentation within procurement and ERP systems. Support procurement compliance by reviewing purchasing activities and addressing non-compliant transactions. Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation collection, and vendor record maintenance. Coordinate with suppliers, Finance, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to support efficient procurement operations. Support procurement audits by gathering and providing required records, approvals, and supporting documentation. Maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training materials related to procurement processes. Identify opportunities to improve procurement workflows, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. What You Will Bring Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, supply chain, finance operations, or related business functions.
