This position reports to the Head of Industry Pursuits and is responsible for leading the proposal process for specific identified opportunities to professionally position Woolpert for work. This proposal manager would support projects the firm’s portfolio of US Federal agency clients including but not limited to US Army, US Air Force, US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), US Department of Veteran Affairs, US Geological Survey (USGS), and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Working collectively with market leaders, program directors, project managers, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), and other department resources, the proposal manager is responsible for managing the development of cohesive proposals including maintaining schedules, organizing resources, coordinating assignments and reviews, implementing win strategy, ensuring compliance, resolving internal team issues, and providing process leadership for PRIME pursuits. ; ; As a level II, this position leads increasingly complex pursuit submissions, including IDIQ and recompete submissions, and understands the role of proposals in the firm’s business development process. ; We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.
